Self-reporting Guidance

Guidance on annual reporting
on the implementation of WHS commitments and initiatives in 2017

Through this platform, stakeholders are invited to self-report annually on progress in implementing their WHS commitments and supporting initiatives. Annual self-reporting is a critical opportunity to communicate how your country or organization is taking forward commitments made at the Summit, confronting challenges, and working to promote positive change. It also is a place to share good practice, recommendations and future plans.

Stakeholders may submit reports from Monday, 8 January to Tuesday, 3 April 2018, covering the previous calendar year of 1 January – 31 December 2017.

All reports must be submitted through the online reporting portal. Only primary focal points can access the reporting portal using their email address as the username. Changes to the names/contact details of the primary focal point can be made by logging-in here and making the amendments directly to the <stakeholder information> tab or by emailing

All self-reports are published on the PACT in order to track progress on how stakeholders are taking forward the change agenda set at the Summit. They also will serve as the basis of the annual synthesis report to be prepared by OCHA and which will highlight achievements, challenges and gaps in taking forward the Agenda for Humanity.
